Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited institution is required.
• PRC license (Philippines) as Nutritionist-Dietitian is required.
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and therapeutic diets.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team is preferred.
• Knowledge of local dietary practices and health regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement nutritional care for patients, including formulas and modified diets.
• Prepare and serve regular and modified diets to patients.
• Adapt menus to patient needs and provide nutrition counseling on principles of nutrition.
• Supervise diet preparation to ensure quality and accuracy of ingredients.

About the role

Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nutritionist Dietitian to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila and plays a vital role in supporting patient health outcomes through evidence-based nutritional assessment, planning and intervention. As a Nutritionist Dietitian, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to providing comprehensive patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary medical team to optimize nutritional status and promote wellness across diverse patient populations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan nutritional care of patients and formulas improved techniques and procedures
• Preparation and serving of regular and modified diets to patients
• Adopt and modify menus in accordance with the needs of patients for the maintenance or improvement for nutritional status, as well as evaluate food consumed and provides counselling in principles of nutrition
• Supervise the preparation of specific diet to ensure proper quantity, quality and accuracy of ingredients

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license (Philippines)
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, therapeutic diets and evidence-based nutritional care practices
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Knowledge of Philippine food composition, cultural dietary practices and local health regulations is advantageous
• Experience in clinical hospital settings, community nutrition or public health is an advantage
