Job summary

Apex Group Ltd in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for PAXUS core product suite. You will mentor developers and work with Product, Business Analysis, and Support teams across APAC.

The role requires 10+ years in software development, strong C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, and DevOps experience. Flexible working arrangements are available, reporting to CTO.

Responsibilities

About the role:

Software Developers play a critical role in the delivery and evolution of PAXUS’s core product suite within the Funds Administration industry. PAXUS is seeking a Senior level professional who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality software solutions that support global clients and strategic product objectives.

As a senior member of the development team, the role contributes technical leadership, mentors other developers, and works closely with Product, Business Analysis, and Support teams across the APAC region to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure solutions are delivered on time.

The position is based in the Philippines, reporting to the CTO (Sydney), with flexible working arrangements available.

Software Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality software solutions aligned to business and product requirements.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the PAXUS product suite, including client‑facing portals and internal systems.

Technical Leadership & Best Practice

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers within the team.

• Promote and apply modern software engineering best practices, including clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Contribute to improving development standards, frameworks, and deployment processes.

• Support DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and cloud‑based tooling.
