Job summary

Enshored is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Engineer to join our Ortigas Center team. The role involves hardware and software rollouts, desktop, network, server and peripheral device maintenance, and collaborating with stakeholders in a dynamic IT environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Level 2 desktop engineering experience, hands-on experience with JumpCloud and Google Workspace, and familiarity with Zendesk. AI-assisted IT tools exposure is a plus, with on-site work in Ortigas Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Associate’s degree in a computer-related field, or associate study with one (1) year of experience, or two (2) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience working in a BPO setting; 3 to 5 years of experience as a successful Level 2 Desktop Engineer.
• Proven technical experience in hardware and software rollouts.
• Proven technical experience in desktop, network, server, and peripheral device maintenance and installation.]
• Hands-on experience with JumpCloud and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience using Zendesk for support case management.
• Exposure to AI-assisted IT support tools.
