Qualifications

• Civil/structural engineering degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years in large civil construction projects with marine works.
• Experience in risk assessment, site supervision and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction sites and supervise contractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Report progress to senior management on schedule, cost and quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and authorities; guide the team.
• Lead project from design to completion, optimize resources and costs.
• Manage a team of engineers and inspectors for delivery.
• Lead client meetings and manage expectations with weekly updates.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and align with contract docs and best practices.
• Develop and maintain project cost/change controls and budgets.
• Review progress and track schedule status and potential changes.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental procedures on site.
