Job summary

Surbana Jurong, a leading global engineering consultancy, invites a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary coastal redevelopment and land reclamation projects. You will oversee on-site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, 5+ years in port development and reclamation, strong planning and risk assessment skills, proficiency in MS Office, MS

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years in multi-disciplinary project management on port development or land reclamation.
• Experience with large-scale coastal engineering works or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities ensuring objectives and deliverables are met.
• Oversee on-site technical and engineering matters related to reclamation.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain site documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site works and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, report delays with mitigation recommendations.
• Maintain risk logs and prepare regular project reports.
• Support for costing, financial assessment and managerial reports.
• Ensure compliance with QA and HSE policies; transfer project knowledge.
