Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a technical expert in depositary services to provide specialized knowledge without supervisory duties. You will ensure quality standards, review complex matters, and act as a technical resource while implementing best practices across depositary operations.

You will lead regulatory adherence, risk mitigation and process improvements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics or related field.
• CFA or CPA certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in depositary/custody operations, fund administration or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and SME for depositary services, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Review and oversee complex depositary matters, documentation, and client issues to ensure quality and risk mitigation.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support objectives and outcomes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and develop procedures to enhance efficiency and control frameworks.
• Contribute to global training and knowledge-sharing programs with technical guidance.
