Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, law or economics.
• Minimum 5 years in depositary/custody operations or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of depositary regulations and risk management.
• Experience in documentation review, stakeholder engagement and quality oversight.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements within control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and SME for depositary services, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review complex depositary matters, critical docs, and escalated client issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support objectives.
• Lead process improvements, develop procedures, and drive best practices for efficiency and controls.
• Contribute to training and knowledge sharing programs across the organization.
