Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior Demand Analyst to lead multi-channel workforce forecasting and planning for an AU consumer telco. You will partner with transformation, scheduling, and onshore/offshore teams to optimize resources and performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and service targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with demand forecasting in large, complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead and build successful teams.
• Experience creating and managing complex forecast models.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with change management and business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts to ensure sufficient resources for multichannel operations.
• Monitor and enhance demand plans using a formal planning framework.
• Maintain an effective demand model and channel-specific assumptions.
• Collaborate with leadership to scope targets in forecast strategy.
• Forecast workforce capacity and skills to meet future needs.
• Manage data needs and reporting for demand, capacity, and allocation.
• Support business improvements and operational readiness for planning assumptions.
• Provide trend analysis on call volumes, AHT, occupancy, and related metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and mitigate risks.
• Coach and mentor teams to foster high engagement and accuracy.
