Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig invites a Senior Demand Analyst to lead long- and medium-term workforce forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across multiple channels. Based onsite in BGC, you will partner with transformation, scheduling, and onshore/offshore teams to optimize customer experiences and drive efficiency in a dynamic AU consumer telco environment.

You will build and refine demand models, monitor metrics like occupancy, AHT, and forecast accuracy, and mentor a team to deliver

• Proven success in a similar role within a large complex environment.
• Extensive experience with demand forecasting and planning.
• People leadership experience and team building.
• Experience creating and managing complex forecast models.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Experience with change management in operations.
• Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts to ensure resources meet complex operations and service standards.
• Monitor and enhance demand plans; ensure robust processes and cadence.
• Maintain operational demand model and assumptions per contact type.
• Collaborate with leadership to scope targets in forecast strategy.
• Forecast workforce capacity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide data analysis to support planning and decision making.
