Aumtrend Ph Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager in Taguig on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role leads Finance migration and transformation efforts, coordinating Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations across multiple workstreams.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, maintain integrated plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure testing and readiness for go-live in a regulated banking context.

Role Context:

We are looking for experienced Finance SPR Delivery Managers to lead and coordinate complex Finance migration and transformation initiatives for a leading global investment bank.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring that project plans, milestones, dependencies, testing activities, and implementation readiness are effectively managed. You will work closely with Finance, Technology, Data, Operations, and programme stakeholders to drive delivery, resolve blockers, manage risks, and ensure successful migration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of one or more Finance migration and transformation scopes.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, and dependency maps.
• Coordinate technical release schedules, business testing windows, approvals, and go-live timelines.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify potential delays, and develop recovery plans with clear actions, owners, and timelines.
• Facilitate workstream meetings, delivery reviews, project stand-ups, and senior stakeholder updates.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure deliverables meet agreed completion criteria.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and decision logs, ensuring risks are properly assessed, mitigated, and escalated.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including test strategy, environments, data, scenarios, schedules, defect triage, and approvals.
• Ensure testing evidence, formal sign-offs, and implementation-readiness documentation are complete before migration and go-live.
• Work closely with programme stakeholders to maintain delivery governance, operational readiness, and alignment with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

• 12-16 years of overall professional experience, including substantial delivery or programme management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional change or transformation initiatives within banking or regulated financial services.
• Strong expertise in integrated project planning, milestone tracking, critical-path analysis, and dependency management.
• Demonstrated experience in RAID management, escalation, decision tracking, and delivery recovery planning.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams involving Finance, Technology, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of testing governance, defect management, evidence collection, formal sign-offs, and implementation readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, challenge delivery plans constructively, and drive accountability across teams.
• Experience in Finance processes and front-to-back investment banking transformation.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to data migration, legal-entity activation, or regulatory change initiatives.
• Experience preparing executive-level updates and presenting delivery status to senior stakeholders or steering committees.
• Knowledge of banking controls, operational readiness, and change adoption practices.
