Job summary

HCL Technologies Philippines Inc is seeking a Data Technical Program Manager to govern an AI-ready Data Platform and enterprise-wide data migration for a major telecom client. You will lead multi-workstream programs, align with Google teams, and drive IaC deployments for GCP data services.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in complex data programs, 3–5 years in large-scale GCP migrations, and expertise in Data Mesh, data contracts, and lakehouse architectures with Iceberg and BigQuery ML.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing complex data transformation programs.
3–5 years focused on large-scale data migrations on GCP.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native data architectures and data governance.

Responsibilities

Oversee design, implementation, and governance of an AI-ready data platform.
Lead multi-workstream data programs with schedule, risk, and reporting oversight.
Coordinate with Google Professional Services, channel partners, and client SMEs.
Manage IaC Terraform deployments for GCP data services and analytics tooling.
Lead workshops to define Data Mesh topologies and metadata strategies.
