Job summary

Dynamic Talent Solutions seeks a Data Technical Lead to own the technical direction, architecture, and engineering excellence of our data platforms in the Philippines. You will ensure our data products are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business outcomes—while guiding major data initiatives through technical delivery.

You will lead architecture for data platforms, warehouses, lakes, integrations, and analytics, mentor engineers, and champion DevOps/DataOps, automation, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.
• Deep expertise in data architecture and cloud data platforms.
• Experience leading large teams and data transformation programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the data technology strategy, roadmap, and engineering standards.
• Lead architecture and technical design for data platforms, warehouses, lakes, integrations, and analytics.
• Align technical solutions with business goals across teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure scalability, resiliency, security, and compliance of all data solutions.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, modernization, and technical debt.
• Oversee data governance, quality, metadata, and security practices.
• Mentor engineers, architects, and technical specialists.
• Champion DevOps/DataOps, automation, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
• Support production readiness, operational excellence, and performance optimization.
