Job summary

Dynamic Talent Solutions seeks a Data Technical Lead to own the technical direction, architecture, and engineering excellence of our data platforms in the Philippines. You will ensure our data products are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business outcomes—while guiding major data initiatives through technical delivery.

You will lead architecture for data platforms, warehouses, lakes, integrations, and analytics, mentor engineers, and champion DevOps/DataOps, automation, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.
• Deep expertise in data architecture and cloud data platforms.
