Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with a BI and reporting focus to join onsite at Bridgetowne. You will design the renewal lifecycle, build reports and dashboards, and own data consolidation from multiple CRMs to inform leadership decisions.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce Admin experience, mastery of Flow Builder, strong data analysis skills, and knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau. Service Cloud experience is preferred and heavy Excel/Sheets use is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience (Service Cloud preferred).
• Expertise in Flow Builder beyond Workflow/Process Builder.
• Proven ability to build advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end renewal process with Salesforce custom objects and flows.
• Own Case Management including queues, assignment and lifecycle.
• Consolidate data from 3 CRMs using migration tools.
• Build and maintain renewal dashboards for leadership with SOQL insights.
