Job summary

JLL's CMG JBS unit in Taguig is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to provide administrative support and data-driven insights. The role focuses on efficient client service, using internal systems, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

You will work with Brokers and CMG operations to meet KPIs, manage workflow across the cycle, and maintain high quality documentation and reporting in a busy real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of office work processes and customer service standards.
• Experience following SOPs and quality management.
• Ability to meet client SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience with expense reimbursement systems and CRM systems.
