Job summary

Thakral One is seeking a Data Migration Lead to provide leadership during post-migration hypercare and project closure of a core banking data migration programme. You will ensure stability, integrity, and traceability of migrated data while supporting issue resolution and audit readiness in a regulated banking environment.

You will co-lead hypercare, drive root-cause analysis of data quality issues, collaborate with Application Support, Data Analytics, and vendors, and deliver governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in complex data migration initiatives.
• Experience in post-migration support, hypercare, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across IT, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-migration hypercare activities for core banking migrations.
• Investigate and resolve data quality, mapping, and reconciliation issues.
• Provide audit responses and governance artifacts to stakeholders.
• Deliver governance reporting and status updates to steering committees.
