Job summary

Thakral One seeks a senior Cross Domain Data Migration Manager to lead the end-to-end data migration strategy for a major Core Banking Transformation. You will oversee legacy data assessment, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and migration into Oracle FLEXCUBE and Finastra GPP, ensuring data integrity and successful cutover.

You will collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to drive risk‑balanced, on‑time delivery in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise data migration experience.
• Strong experience with Core Banking Transformation projects.
• Led large-scale migration cutovers successfully.
• Experience migrating data to Oracle FLEXCUBE and/or Finastra GPP.

As a Cross Domain Data Migration Manager – Core Banking Transformation, you will lead the end‑to‑end data migration strategy for a major transformation program. You will oversee legacy data assessment, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and migration into Oracle FLEXCUBE and Finastra GPP, ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and successful cutover execution.

• Validate migrated data and support post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Manage migration risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to resolve challenges.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to align migration activities.
• Provide clear communication and updates throughout the migration lifecycle.
