Job summary

Thakral One in the Philippines seeks a Data Migration Lead to provide leadership during post‑migration hypercare and project closure of a core banking data migration programme. You will ensure data stability, integrity, traceability and audit readiness while coordinating with IT, operations and vendors.

You will drive issue resolution, remediation and governance reporting, and serve as SME for audits. Strong project management, documentation skills, and stakeholder management across senior IT,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data migration leadership experience.
• Experience with post-migration support, reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across IT, Business Operations and Finance.
• Experience with core banking migrations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead post‑migration hypercare activities for the Core Banking Migration.
• Drive investigation and resolution of data quality, completeness, reconciliation, mapping, transformation, and integrity issues.
• Partner with Application Support, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Business/Data SMEs, and vendors to identify root causes and implement remediation.
• Ensure discrepancies are thoroughly investigated, remediated, and validated.
• Maintain comprehensive Data Migration Stream documentation to support governance, traceability, and closure.
