Job summary

Thakral One seeks a senior Cross Domain Data Migration Manager to lead the end-to-end data migration strategy for a major Core Banking Transformation. You will oversee legacy data assessment, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and migration into Oracle FLEXCUBE and Finastra GPP, ensuring data integrity and successful cutover.

You will collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to drive risk‑balanced, on‑time delivery in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise data migration experience.
• Strong experience with Core Banking Transformation projects.
• Led large-scale migration cutovers successfully.
• Experience migrating data to Oracle FLEXCUBE and/or Finastra GPP.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall data migration strategy and roadmap.
• Define mapping and transformation rules across banking domains.
• Coordinate migration planning, rehearsals, and cutover activities.
• Lead legacy data assessment, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Ensure zero data loss during migration through controls.
• Validate migrated data and support post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams.
