Job summary

Novare Technologies is seeking a Data Management Consultant to support enterprise-wide data management, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with business, technology, analytics, architecture, and governance teams to strengthen enterprise data capabilities, improve reporting and analytics practices, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Education as listed above.
5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, BI, or Analytics.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and enterprise data management.

Responsibilities

Support planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise data management initiatives.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into practical solutions.
Promote data quality, consistency, integrity, and accessibility across enterprise data assets.
Assist in implementing data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
Support data stewardship, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality monitoring.
Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions to improve data reliability.
Work with analytics and reporting teams to improve data availability for BI and decision-making.
Develop and maintain documentation related to data standards, definitions, processes, and governance artifacts.
