Job summary

Novare Philippines Inc. is seeking a Data Architect to design and manage scalable data architectures across data warehouses and data lakes. You will model data, optimize performance, and ensure governance and security while collaborating with data engineers, BI teams, and AI SMEs.

You will work with cloud-based and on‑premise solutions, including relational and NoSQL databases, to meet business needs and drive data accessibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with data modeling tools such as Erwin or Lucidchart.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures.
• Define data models (star schema, 3NF) for BI/analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into solutions.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across platforms.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines with cloud/on‑prem tools.
• Review data mappings, profiling results, and metadata documentation.
