E-team Workforce Private Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive enterprise Data Governance initiatives, translating requirements into scalable governance solutions and shaping the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data governance/management, strong knowledge of governance concepts, and experience with leading governance platforms. This role supports Agile/SAFe planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Data Governance concepts, catalogs, metadata, lineage, quality, reference data, and operating models.
• Experience with governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Informatica, or Microsoft Purview.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
• CDMP and SAFe POPM are preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise Data Governance platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to AI Governance and Generative AI initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Data Governance product roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into capabilities, epics, and features.
• Evaluate and benchmark industry-leading governance platforms and emerging technologies.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Data Governance, Data Management, Architecture, and Technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Quality, AI Governance, and Governance Workflows.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend platform improvements and innovations.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and value realization plans.
• Prepare executive presentations, roadmap updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Support Agile/SAFe planning and delivery activities.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support enterprise Data Governance initiatives by defining product capabilities, managing roadmap priorities, conducting market and competitive analysis, and translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable governance solutions.

• Define and maintain the Data Governance product roadmap and strategic priorities.

About you

• Strong knowledge of Data Governance Concepts, Data Catalogs, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Quality Management, Reference Data Management, and Governance Operating Models.

• Experience with governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Informatica, or Microsoft Purview.

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.

• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) (preferred).

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) (preferred).

• Experience supporting enterprise Data Governance platforms (preferred).

• Exposure to AI Governance and Generative AI initiatives (preferred).
