Job summary

Neoware seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Cloud Data Modernization to lead enterprise data architectures and governance. You will drive data modeling across domains, oversee MDM strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience in data lakes/warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), combined with strong leadership

Qualifications

• 12-20 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, and cloud architecture.
• Expertise with real-time data processing, APIs, messaging/streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub, MQ), MDM and transactional data flows.
• Strong background in data modeling with domain-driven design (DDD).
• Experience selecting, implementing, and scaling MDM solutions with governance adoption.
• Establishing reference data management and data quality at enterprise scale.
• Knowledge of data lakes, warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), BI/reporting, and ETL pipelines.
• Public cloud proficiency across AWS, GCP, Azure; RDBMS and cloud-native databases.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Data Studio, Business Objects, Cognos, or R for analytics.
• TOGAF architecture methodology; strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data architecture aligned with operational and analytical needs.
• Lead domain-driven data modeling across conceptual, logical, and physical layers.
• Define and oversee MDM strategies, tool selection, and enterprise adoption.
• Establish and maintain reference data management frameworks and governance processes.
• Develop data strategies including governance, metadata, privacy, and integration.
• Lead design/review of data architectures for operational and analytical platforms.
• Establish and enforce data architecture standards and best practices.
• Drive governance, data quality, and remediation of technical debt.
• Collaborate with application, integration, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Evaluate tools for operational integration and analytical processing.
• Design conceptual/logical/domain models for transactional and analytical data.
• Mentor teams in data architecture and BI best practices.
