Senior Data Associate

The Senior Data Associate is responsible for the CRUD’s (create, read, update, delete) execution of SKUs, remanufacturing transaction configurations, and other master data elements handled by the Master Data Management (MDM) team. This role is also responsible for creating process documentation and leading Master Data Management’s activities needed for company initiatives. Critical to this role is the data quality assurance and accuracy on Asurion’s existing enterprise tools.

• Enter accurate data within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) and requirements.
• Respond to inquiries on Master Data Management processes.
• Receive status or errors related to setup updates and misconfigurations and address them in a timely manner.
• Consult process experts in resolving concerns beyond one's competencies.
• Review, update, and create work instructions.
• Create training materials and clarify stakeholder concerns, gather information.
• Communicate escalations to Master Data Management leaders in a timely manner.
• Join or facilitate meetings and provide immediate feedback as needed.
• Handle closure of basic requests and manage them within and outside the team.
• Ensure flexibility to support more than two Master Data Management processes.
• Lead or support MDM activities needed for company initiatives.
