Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Senior Data Associate to execute CRUD operations for SKUs and Remanufacturing configurations within the Master Data Management (MDM) team. The role focuses on data quality, documentation, and leading MDM activities for company initiatives.

You will create process documentation, assist with training materials, and ensure data accuracy across enterprise tools, while coordinating with stakeholders and monitoring SLA compliance.

• Communicate escalations to MDM leaders promptly.
• Join or facilitate meetings and provide feedback.
• Close basic requests and support multiple MDM processes.

The Senior Data Associate is responsible for the CRUD's (create, read, update, delete) execution of SKUs, Remanufacturing transactions configurations, and other master data elements handled by Master Data Management (MDM) team. This role is also responsible in creating process documentations and in leading Master Data Management's activities needed for company initiatives.
Critical to this role is the data quality assurance and accuracy on Asurion's existing enterprise tools.
