Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Master Data set up/maintained in the system.
• Ensure internal controls for master data records are in place and effective.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of master data entry without sacrificing timeliness.
• Interpret information correctly and make sound decisions to support the business.
• Apply corporate rules and best practices to identify errors in global data fields.
• Create or update documentation and training materials for Master Data Management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality.
• Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.
• Support implementation of master data process improvements.
• Inform Supervisors of issues or opportunities with customer data.
• Act as primary contact with country-based account management and related departments.
• Drive Master Data team responsibilities and sustain relationships with business contacts.
• Perform user acceptance testing on defect resolution and enhancements.

Job Description

Responsible for quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Master Data set up/maintained in the system. The MDM Specialist will also ensure that internal controls for master data records are in place and effective.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data entry in the system without sacrificing timeliness in completing the process.

Interpret information correctly and able to make sound decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.

Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects, escalates or remediates errors, if any.

Create or update existing documentation and training materials related to Master Data Management process.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.

Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.

Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.

Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.

Informing Supervisors of any issues or opportunities with existing customers, such as outdated customer contact information.

Being the primary contact with the country-based account management team, commercial and other related departments/ / function
