Private Advertiser is seeking a Master Data Management Staff to support the creation, governance, and quality of master data across the organization. You will ensure accuracy and consistency for customer, vendor, asset, pricing, and other records while coordinating with multiple departments.

The Master Data Management Staff supports the creation, maintenance, validation, and governance of master data across the organization. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer, vendor, asset, pricing, bank, and other master data records while coordinating with various departments to support data quality and process improvement.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of master data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Create, update, maintain, and validate customer, vendor, asset, bank, pricing, discount, and internal order master data.
Review master data requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with approved business rules.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and deduplication activities to maintain data quality.
Monitor and report data inconsistencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Operations, Accounting, IT, and other departments regarding master data requirements and concerns.
Ensure master data entries are aligned with approved business rules and system configurations.
Prepare basic reports on master data accuracy, completeness, and status.
Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements related to master data.
Assist in process improvement, automation initiatives, and the implementation of standardized MDM workflows.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in data management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
Basic knowledge of master data concepts, data validation, and data quality management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel at a basic to intermediate level.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation and analysis.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work with ERP systems.
Knowledge or training in Data Governance or Master Data Management (MDM) is an advantage.
