Job summary

LEIGHTON ASIA PHILIPPINES INC. seeks a Senior Data Analytics Specialist to lead cross-functional analytics and digital solutions within the digital transformation team.

You will set data model, dashboard and Power Platform standards, ensuring Azure-based solutions are scalable and secure while mentoring junior analysts. You will translate business strategy into a prioritized solution roadmap, review designs for compliance, and drive advanced analytics using Python and SQL, while optimizing Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or math.
• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics or digital solution delivery.
• Experience leading end-to-end BI and application projects.
• Experience designing enterprise data models and setting reporting and development standards.
• Experience mentoring analysts and managing senior business stakeholders.
• Expert Power BI and DAX, with performance optimization of large data models.
• Advanced Power Platform skills including Dataverse, canvas and model-driven apps and complex Power Automate flows.
• Strong command of the Azure platform / data warehouse stack (e.g. Synapse, Data Factory) and data architecture.
• Advanced SQL and Python for complex data transformation, automation and analytics.
• Strong solution design, governance and data security expertise (row-level / object-level security).

About the role

The Senior Data Analytics Specialist leads complex and cross-functional analytics and digital solution initiatives within LAIO's digital transformation team, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and management. The role provides solution architecture input, sets the standards for data models, dashboards and Power Platform applications, and ensures solutions built on Azure and the Power Platform are scalable, secure and aligned to the digital transformation roadmap. The Senior Data Analytics Specialist also mentors Junior and mid-level Business Analysts and assures the quality of the team's technical output.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent

• 5 - 8 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics or digital solution delivery

• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end BI and application projects from concept to deployment

• Experience designing enterprise data models and setting reporting and development standards

• Experience mentoring analysts and managing senior business stakeholders

• Expert Power BI and DAX, with proven performance optimization of large data models

• Advanced Power Platform skills including Dataverse, canvas and model-driven apps and complex Power Automate flows

• Strong command of the Azure platform / data warehouse stack (e.g. Synapse, Data Factory) and data architecture

• Advanced SQL and Python for complex data transformation, automation and analytics
