Premier BPO Inc. is seeking a BPO Operations Manager to lead daily operations, staffing forecasts, and performance improvements in a fast-paced environment. You will translate live metrics into actionable decisions, develop teams, and ensure client objectives are met.
Responsibilities include end-to-end performance management, workforce planning, real-time data analysis, and stakeholder liaison, with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
The BPO Operations Manager is responsible for leading daily operations to ensure service delivery excellence, accurate staffing forecasts, and optimal performance through real-time data analysis. This role drives operational efficiency by translating live performance data into actionable decisions while building and developing high-performing teams to consistently meet client and business objectives.
Operations Management: Oversees end-to-end account performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction metrics. Drives daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews and implements corrective action plans as needed.
Staffing Forecasting & Workforce Planning: Leads headcount planning based on volume forecasts, shrinkage trends, attrition patterns, and seasonal demand fluctuations. Collaborates closely with Workforce Management to ensure staffing alignment and cost efficiency.
Live Data Analysis & Performance Optimization: Monitors real-time dashboards and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities. Conducts deep-dive analyses on performance gaps and implements data-driven strategies to improve service levels, efficiency, and profitability.
People Leadership & Development: Manages and develops Team Leaders and frontline supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. Drives engagement initiatives, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serves as a primary operational contact for clients, leading business reviews and performance discussions. Ensures alignment between operational execution and client expectations while proactively addressing concerns.
Risk & Escalation Management: Handles operational escalations and service disruptions with urgency and structured problem-solving approaches to minimize impact and maintain service continuity.
Continuous Improvement: Identifies process improvement opportunities and supports automation or efficiency initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.
Reporting & Insights: Provides accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
5–8+ years BPO experience, with at least 2–3 years at the Operations Manager level.
Strong background in Workforce Management and forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, forecasting models, data interpretation).
Proven track record in SLA delivery and performance turnaround.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
