Job Description:

• Lead end to end data mapping operations, intricately linking physical warehouse inventory (MT) with cross-listed marketplace products (MP) to ensure accurate, real-time commercial visibiltiy.
• Design and automate dashboards and tailored reporting to track seller adoption and drive high-impact initiatives across Shopee Fulfillment business (FBS, SBS, SCS, and Warehouse)
• Execute complex SQL optimizations and manage sophisticated data architectures to extract, transform and analyze strategically sensitive operational metrics securely and efficiently.
• Translate complex operational data into actionable insights, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to maximize warehouse cost efficiency, streamline seller process, and optimize order coverage.
• Develop predictive models and demand forecasts for the Shopee fulfillment business (FBS, SBS and SCS) to monitor inventory flow, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure transparent revenue sharing.
• Build end-to-end automated fee-collection and billing data systems to track, calculate and monetize Shopee Fulfilment services (FBS,SBS and SCS), ensuring 100% revenue capture for all initiatives and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders in Shopee Fulfillment business (FBS, SBS ,SCS and Warehouse) to uncover reporting bottlenecks, define key metrics and support commercial growth.
• Maintain rigorous data quality control, ensuring the absolute accuracy, integrity, and daily data availability of critical business metrics relied upon for revenue-driving decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly analytical business discipline.
• 2â€3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or supply chain analytics, ideally within e-commerce, fulfillment, or retail operations is a plus
• Strong hands-on experience designing, automating, and maintaining advanced dashboards using BI visualization tools (e.g.,Looker Studio, Google App Script) and advanced Excel.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, capable of translating complex operational metrics into clear, revenue-driving, and cost-saving recommendations for business leaders.
• Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with the maturity to communicate technical insights confidently to non-technical cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter capable of taking immediate, independent ownership of projects and thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines, requiring minimal onboarding.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strict focus on data integrity, security, and absolute accuracy.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate complex data into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of data integrity, able to manage multiple tracking studies independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
