Job summary

Shopee in Manila seeks a data analyst to Extract, process, and analyze data on a regular or ad hoc basis to support business decision-making. You will maintain and enhance dashboards and recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.

You will collaborate with business teams to clarify metric definitions and standardize data logic, develop automation scripts to improve reporting, monitor data updates, troubleshoot report errors, and act as a liaison

Responsibilities

• Extract, process, and analyze data on a regular or ad hoc basis to support business decision-making
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity
• Collaborate closely with business teams to clarify definitions of key metrics and drivestandardization of data logic
• Develop and maintain automation scripts or tools to improve reporting efficiency
• Monitor data updates, troubleshoot report errors, and ensure data consistency acrosssources
• Conduct basic data analysis to generate actionable insights that support performanceoptimization
