You will design data solutions, manage data integrations, and lead analytics projects to meet business requirements. The role emphasizes strong SQL, ETL, Python, and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Redshift) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BI and analytics work, with team leadership experience.
• Graduate of Computer Science or similar IT/Data Science or programming courses.
• Experience with big data and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate BI analytics data, dashboards, and reports for AFPI users, customers and stakeholders.
• Design data solutions and data integrations to support real-time and batch processing.
• Lead multiple analytics projects and mentor junior team members.
• Develop high-quality dashboards and reports using SQL, ETL, and BI tools.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and documentation across processes.
