Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Data Privacy and IT Security professional to support the Data Privacy Officer across enabling functions, markets, and business units in the Philippines region.

The role focuses on governance, policy development, DPIAs, and compliance with PH data privacy laws. You will collaborate with HR, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams and work with tools like SAP GRC and Microsoft platforms to strengthen the enterprise ISMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business or IT with strong exposure to information technology.
• 3–5+ years in Data Privacy, Protection, and IT Security/compliance.
• Experience in multinational or regional setups and PH privacy laws.
• Familiarity with ISO 31000 risk standards and ISO 27001 ISMS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Data Privacy Officer in enterprise-wide privacy compliance initiatives.
• Maintain ISMS policies and standards; align with Zuellig Pharma infrastructure.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Ops to implement data privacy programs.
• Support DPIAs, asset inventories, and data lifecycle protection reviews.
• Coordinate security governance tools (Intune, SAP GRC, CA, phishing platforms).
• Assist in ISO 27001/27701 initiatives and vendor due diligence.
