Job summary

Zuellig Pharma seeks an experienced Data Privacy & Security Specialist to support the DPO across enabling functions, markets, and business units. You will help implement ISMS policies, drive privacy initiatives, and ensure compliance with PH laws in a regional enterprise.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assess risk, conduct DPIAs, and educate staff on data protection across the data life cycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS/Business/IT or equivalent.
3–5 years of professional experience in Data Privacy and Protection; Risk Management.
3+ years in IT Security and Compliance; multinational exposure preferred.
Knowledge of PH data privacy laws and regional regulations.
Familiarity with ISO 31000 and privacy management systems.

Responsibilities

Manage security governance tools (Intune, SAP GRC, Conditional Access, phishing platforms).
Review SAP security notes and coordinate timely remediation.
Create and maintain ISMS policies to improve cybersecurity governance.
Keep ISMS policies updated with Zuellig Pharma infrastructure changes.
Support the DPO in enterprise-wide data privacy compliance across PH and regions.
Lead data privacy initiatives: asset inventories, DPIAs, and audits.
Collaborate with DPO to develop privacy training and awareness programs.
Liaise with HR, Legal, and other functions for data privacy programs.
Assess BUs’ data protection policy compliance and controls.
Partner with Cybersecurity for third-party due diligence.
Support ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 programs for the enterprise.
Perform other governance, cybersecurity, and risk tasks as needed.
