Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Senior Engineer, Cybersecurity, Compliance Officer for Privacy ZPAP to support privacy and information security programs across the enterprise. The role focuses on ISMS governance, data privacy compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to protect personal data.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in data privacy, 3+ years in IT security/compliance, and knowledge of PH laws, ISO standards, and governance tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business or IT.
• 3–5 years in Data Privacy and Protection; Risk Management.
• 3+ years in IT Security and Compliance.
• Experience in multinational or regional setup.
• Knowledge of PH privacy laws.
• Familiarity with ISO 31000 or similar risk standards.
• Ability to develop privacy awareness programs.
• MS Office proficiency.
• ISO 27001 ISMS knowledge.
• ISO 27701 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Data Privacy Officer in ensuring enterprise-wide compliance with privacy laws.
• Support ISO 27001 and 27701 initiatives across Zuellig Pharma Enterprise.
• Manage security governance tools (Intune, SAP GRC, CA, phishing sims).
• Review SAP security notes and coordinate risk remediation.
• Develop and maintain ISMS policies and standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations on privacy programs.
• Conduct DPIAs and privacy impact assessments as needed.
• Assist third-party security due diligence and data protection reviews.
