Job summary

Optum in the Philippines is seeking a cybersecurity specialist to deploy DLP solutions and contribute to insider threat program development across healthcare clients. You will monitor alerts from DLP, UEBA, CASB, SIEM, and endpoint security, and investigate potential data leakage with rigorous evidence handling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.
• 1+ year administering DLP platforms (Symantec DLP, Microsoft Purview, or Netskope).
• 1+ year analyzing security logs with SIEM/CASB/UBA tools.

Responsibilities

• Deploy DLP solutions across healthcare clients and contribute to insider threat program development.
• Monitor and triage alerts from DLP, UEBA, CASB, SIEM, and endpoint security systems.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into insider threats and data leakage with strict chain-of-custody procedures.
• Correlate information across security platforms to identify malicious or negligent activity and document timelines, root causes, and remediations.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, HR, Compliance, Privacy, and IT teams to strengthen data protection controls.
• Maintain, test, and tune DLP policies and alert thresholds across endpoints, email, and cloud platforms.
• Prepare investigation reports, executive summaries, and dashboards for clients; support audits and compliance reviews.
