The role develops system specifications, requirements documentation, and test plans; translates business needs into workable requirements and works closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and platform owners to deliver project requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in business and solutions analysis.
• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, problem solving, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT requirements within business processes and elicit needs.
• Develop system specifications, requirements documentation, and test plans.
• Translate business needs into workable system requirements and collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and platform owners.
