Job summary

Smart Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business and Solutions Analyst to analyze IT requirements within business processes, elicit needs, and identify solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

The role develops system specifications, requirements documentation, and test plans; translates business needs into workable requirements and works closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and platform owners to deliver project requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in business and solutions analysis.
