Smart Communications, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to analyze information technology requirements within business processes, eliciting needs and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver project requirements.

You will develop system specifications, requirements documentation, and test plans, translating business needs into actionable system requirements for solution architects, delivery teams, and platform owners.

Analyzes information technology requirements within business processes through requirements elicitation, analysis, solution identification, risk assessment, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Develops system specifications, requirements documentation, and test plans; translates business needs into workable system requirements; and works closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and platform owners to deliver project requirements. The role also plans and monitors business analysis activities, manages requirements throughout their lifecycle, and supports solution analysis and assessment. Requires at least 5 years of experience in business and solutions analysis, with strong capabilities in strategic thinking, problem solving, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, organization, and time management.
