Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT requirements within business processes via elicitation, risk analysis, and IT team collaboration.
• Create documentation for IT applications, specs, and test plans per standards.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements through interviews and surveys.
• Translate needs into system requirements and communicate to technology teams.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and platform owners to assess project needs and risks.
• Plan and monitor BA activities for complex projects, including approaches and stakeholders.
