Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is hiring a Staff Cybersecurity Engineer to serve as a Tier 4 SOC Engineer responsible for monitoring, investigating, and responding to security events across SIEM, XDR/EDR, and other platforms. The role includes leading DFIR activities and coordinating threat hunting, malware investigations, and post-incident reviews.

The candidate will design and maintain detection content, analytics, and use cases, leveraging AI and ML tools to improve detection and response.

Qualifications

• Experience with security operations across SIEM, XDR/EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, firewalls, cloud security.
• Hands-on DFIR activities: threat hunting, malware investigations, endpoint/network forensics.
• Design, implement, tune, and maintain detection/content analytics and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring, investigation, and response to security events across security platforms.
• Mentor and provide guidance to analysts and engineers in incident response and threat detection.
• Lead security projects and cross-functional initiatives within Cyber Defense.
