Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in eCommerce (preferred).
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent level of English.
• Strong Internet connection with backup.

Responsibilities

• Providing top tier customer service via chat and CRM (without AI reliance).
• Answering all customer requests within response time and KPI targets.
• Responding instantly to Live Chat requests during AU business hours.
• Updating Shopify orders and managing returns/warranty claims.
• Provide general marketing and administration support.
• Inventory and purchase order support.
