We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is suited for someone who wants long-term stability, takes ownership of their work, and works well within a team.

You will mainly handle customer inquiries via chat and email for our eCommerce client, but calls are part of the daily work as well. We are looking for someone who actually enjoys interacting with people. Our client has a great Customer Service Department, meaning - calls doesn´t necessarily feel heavy.

The focus is on excellent communication, efficiency, and high quality in every interaction.
