PeopleStrong in the Philippines seeks a Graduate with 1 year of lending/financial services experience to support branch profitability, manage daily transactions, and build strong customer relations. This role emphasizes cross-selling of products and driving promotional activities to acquire customers.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in local languages and English and contribute to data accuracy and branch efficiency across daily operations.
