Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior CSSC Front Line Representative for the Philippines, based in Pasig. You will be the primary contact for enquiries, quotations, and order fulfilment within the CSSC Frontline team, delivering accurate and seamless support with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of relevant experience, solid SAP CRM knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP CRM.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Customer Enquiry Handling: Act as the first point of contact for RFIs, RFQs, RFOs and RFCs through approved channels and maintain communication until resolution or handover.
• Standard Quotation and Technical Coordination: Prepare simple quotations using approved pricing and delivery information.
• Sales Order Entry and Standard Fulfilment: Convert quotations and POs into accurate sales orders and resolve missing information.
• Issue Resolution, Returns and Data Discipline: Manage pre-commissioning complaints and product-return requests; maintain data records in SAP.
• Continuous Improvement and Senior Support: Promote digital tools, process standardization and knowledge sharing.
