Job summary

AI Rudder Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager – Team Lead to guide a team of technical CSMs. You will shepherd PoCs, PoVs, and go-live cycles, align customers with AI Rudder solutions, and drive retention and growth in live accounts.

Qualifications

10+ years in after-sales support, project delivery or SaaS solutions.
2+ years leading a team.
Hands-on technical depth with software.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of technical CSMs; set goals, run 1:1s and performance reviews.
Allocate accounts, PoCs and PoVs by stage, value and complexity.
Educate customers on the business value of AI Rudder through detailed demonstrations.
Drive PoC/PoV to go-live; coordinate with Operations for launch.
Define and monitor service metrics; manage churn and upsell opportunities.
Lead playbooks, incorporate customer feedback into product requirements.
