Job summary

SEEK’s Customer Success Lead roles partner with Sales, Analytics and regional teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients in Asia Pacific. Based in Taguig, you will hire, coach and empower CSMs, align activities with revenue priorities, and guide renewal and expansion opportunities across assigned segments.

You will manage onboarding, training, optimization and adoption programs that improve hiring performance for our customers while embedding SEEK’s principles in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
• At least 3 years in people leadership (team lead or equivalent)
• Experience in technology, HR tech or recruitment context preferred
• Customer-obsessed, resilient, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Familiarity with data interpretation and data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team; translate OKRs into goals
• Serve as trusted advisor on talent acquisition and our value proposition
• Align CS activities with revenue priorities; manage renewals and churn risk
• Coach CSMs to drive onboarding, training, and adoption programs
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance; lead productivity projects
• Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing and regional teams; escalate as needed
