Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM (HR) or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in HR transformation, change management, or HR consulting with enterprise SaaS.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization across enterprise customers.
• Lead executive engagement, governance, QBRs/EBRs and governance meetings.
• Protect customer retention and coordinate retention/renewal plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales to expand adoption across modules.
