Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year college in any degree, preferably enrolled.
• Kitchen cook/crew experience in QSR/fastfood/restaurant for at least 1 year.
• Internal candidates: at least 1 year as kitchen crew or Team Leader in a store with adequate PCF GSC scores.
• TESDA Level 3 Certification in Commercial Cooking or related training; Crew Training System certification in Stir-fry and Back-up stations and product preparation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate stir-fry and back-up stations on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure timely delivery of all products from the stir-fry and back-up stations.
• Coordinate with AKL/KL on stock pullouts and kitchen operations; address equipment issues with PQM.

JOB SUMMARY

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

JOB FACTORS
