Job summary

Jollibee Group in the Philippines seeks a Senior Crew to support the Restaurant Management Team by maintaining stock levels and proper storage according to food safety standards, and by acting as production controller to regulate food flow according to product transition times.

The Senior Crew also serves as fund custodian for the shift, ensures cash accuracy, and coordinates with the Team Leader to deliver expected outcomes with the 3P provider.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate with at least 2 years' service/production crew experience.
• Familiar with stock control and food safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with Team Leader for timely outputs.

Job description

The Senior Crew (SC) is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Management Team in ensuring that stock levels are maintained and stored in accordance to food safety and inventory standards during his/her shift. The SC also acts as production controller who regulates the flow of food production according to the transition time of each product, as the shift requires. The Senior Crew also acts as fund custodian for the shift and ensures funds accuracy and compliance with cash control standards. The SC coordinates with the Team Leader (TL) for the delivery of expected outcomes/results by the 3P provider.

Must be at least high school graduate with 2 years' experience as a service/production crew.
